Adrian Chiles and Hazel Irvine present action, analysis, features and interviews with key figures at the 2008 Olympics on day six, featuring swimming finals, the men's all-around title in gymnastics, which features Britain's Daniel Keating, and the early stages of the women's individual archery.

Then attention switches to the rowing lake at Shunyi for the men's and women's lightweight double sculls rowing semi-finals, introduced by John Inverdale and Steve Redgrave. British duos Helen Casey and Heather Goodsell and favourites Zac Purchase and Mark Hunter race for places in the final.

During the programme the spotlight also falls on Fiona Pennie, who is competing for honours in the women's K1 slalom canoeing; judo players Michelle Rogers and Peter Cousins; Billy Joe Saunders and Tony Jeffries in boxing's second round; and Elena Little in shooting's women's skeet. Show less
