International Golf: The US PGA Championship

One of the four major championships in the world, this title is competed for by members of the United States Professional Golfers' Association which includes illustrious overseas players such as Britain's Tony Jacklin and South Africa's Gary Player. In addition to the considerable prize money of this tournament the winner automatically qualifies, for the fourth and final place in the World Series of Golf, alongside the reigning Open Champions of Great Britain and America and the us Masters Champion, which will be contested at Akron in September.
This programme features the highlights of the final round of this 72-hole stroke-play tournament played yesterday at the Southern Hills Country Club, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
