Shipping fraud is one of the world's fastest-growing international crimes. Take a loaded ship out to sea; fake a fire; sell the cargo; change the name on the ship; claim the insurance. It's a crime where each year hundreds of millions of pounds are syphoned off into the hands of a few highly-organised gangs.
