As 'Sensei', the master, grapples with the logistics of location filming of spectacular battle scenes on the slopes of Mount Fuji, Marker brings his own acute observations on a highly skilled production team and cast at work. Marker shoots the extras as well as the stars and records complex preparations for sequences consigned to the cutting-room floor.
