Three-part series, showing on consecutive nights, in which a fictional crime set in London last October is given a real trial.
A young Asian man, Taz Khan, is charged with kidnapping and committing GBH against a white man, Dean Smith, who has been linked with racial taunts directed at Khan's family.
Both men are played by actors, as are the witnesses, but the jury is made up of members of the public, while Michael Mansfield, Oliver Sells and His Honour Brian Capstick serve as defence, prosecution and Judge.
Tonight, Dean Smith relates his version of events.
