Football's first World Cup took place in Uruguay in 1930. The final was played between the home nation and bitter rivals Argentina. Dante locco, seven at the time, recalls the experience. Showing in the Witness strand.
Followed by The Four Minute Mile The Witness strand continues with Norris McWhirter recalling Roger Bannister 's achievement in Oxford on 6 May 1954.
