4/5. Donald Macleod looks at Beethoven's relationship with his pupil, the pianist Carl Czerny , who became one of Vienna's most sought-after teachers, passing on what he had learned from Beethoven. Among his pupils were Franz Liszt , Queen Victoria and Beethoven's nephew Karl.
