Ethiopia was a Christian country 250 years before St. Augustine landed in England. This is the story of the Ethiopian church which survived a thousand years of Moslem siege; which built the fabulous churches of Lalibela, carved out of solid rock. At Its head, the only Christian Emperor in the world; the descendant of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba.
