Headmaster Jim Edwards faces dismissal by Lady Gore-Willoughby, new Chairman of the Board of Governors of Chiselbury School, if the school's terrible academic record doesn't improve. But Lady Gore-Willoughby doesn't know of Jim's highly confidential arrangement with the Foreign Office, concerning an Eastern Prince. Jimmy Edwards leads a stalwart British cast in this feature film inspired by the successful Whack-O series.
