Two years ago Mick Fleetwood - the leader and drummer of one of the world's top rock bands, Fleetwood Mac - fulfilled one of his ambitions. He took a party of white rock musicians to Ghana and toured the country meeting both amateur and professional musicians. This documentary is a record of that event and shows how Fleetwood managed to blend the ethnic music of Ghana with the stylised rock music of today's western culture.

On 7 May 1980 one of Britain's most successful Rock Bands played to a capacity audience at London's Lyceum Ballroom. BBC2's Old Grey Whistle Test team were there to record a memorable evening's music.
