Hans Keller and Richard Rodney Bennett pay tribute in words. Malcolm Arnold, Hans Werner Henze, Andre Previn and Malcolm Williamson pay tribute in music specially composed for this occasion and performed by Yehudi Menuhin, Andre Previn, Thomas Hemsley and others
