on BBC Two England

Three programmes full of seasonal suggestions. Ends 10.30.
Gary Rhodes Christmas Special Rhodes believes that the secret to a good Christmas feast is simplicity. Here he shows how to create a three-course meal of salmon with leekveloute soup and potatoes, followed by roast turkey and cranberry Wellington and, for dessert, tangerine-curd ice cream. Rhodes is set to return in a new series in March.
