2/3. Archbishop Desmond Tutu oversees another three encounters between victims and perpetrators of Northern Ireland's conflict.
Narrow Water, near Warrenpoint, was the scene of a devastating double IRA bombing on 27 August 1979 that claimed the lives of 18 soldiers. There has never been a conviction in relation to the attack. In the first of three meetings, victims of the bombing and their families come face to face with a former
IRA man who killed an SAS officer. The other two encounters involve the family of an 18-year-old who was shot dead by paramilitaries and an RUC man who lost both his arms after his vehicle was hit by an IRA rocket. The series concludes tomorrow. See yesterday's choice.
