Hubert Phillips
This is the second of six talks on bridge by Hubert Phillips , who is known to bridge players everywhere as writer, player, and administrator. He has been for the past five years Editor of The British Bridge World and bridge expert of the News-Chronicle. He is co-author with Terence Reese of the authoritative ' Elements of Contract '. As player he is captain of the ' British Bridge World ' team and captained England in last year's official international match. He has been responsible for a number of broadcasts and television demonstrations.
