In communities where fishing is a way of life, the Sea Fisheries Inspectors are hated. In conjunction with the Royal Navy's Fishery Protection Squadron, their job is to protect Britain's falling fish stocks from fishermen trying to land more than their legal quotas - but local opposition is fierce.
