An appeal on behalf of THE ROYAL VICTORIA HOSPITAL,
FOLKESTONE, by JEANNE DE CASALIS
The Folkestone Hospital Building Extension Scheme was embarked upon in 1935, and the Committee were faced with the task of raising
.£81,000. To date £21,800 has been promised or received. The bank overdraft is enormous and is giving great anxiety. The hospital serves a wide area around Folkestone and is often called upon to render in-and out-patient treatment to motorists and folk on holiday.
