J. Foster Forbes
In this series of talks J. Foster Forbes hopes to shatter the illusion that our far-off ancestors were mere savages. For some years he has made an exhaustive study of what is known of the earliest inhabitants of the British Isles, from the New Stone Age Man of 2500 B.C. or thereabouts up to historical times, with the object of constructing a coherent account intelligible even to those who know little about archaeology or anthropology.
