B2B or Not B2B? The e-commerce revolution is entering a new phase, as the golden catchphrase B2C (business to consumer, or retailing over the internet) is replaced by new buzzword B2B (business to business). As the world's largest companies band together to form huge internet exchanges handling vast quantities of purchasing and making big savings, their smaller suppliers will find this new technology promises much tougher times to come.
