This programme concentrates on Pat Metheny 's longtime working relationship with keyboard player Lyle Mays : "There's something about the way we play together. We have a thing, and neither of us can explain what it is, but it was there the first time we played." Metheny also discusses his work with singer Joni Mitchell , saxophonist Michael Brecker and percussionist Nana Vasconcelos. Repeated Friday 11.30pm
