Hoping to save their failing marriage, Peter and Marcia decide to spend a weekend on a deserted beach area. Their only 'companions' are the wildlife of the area, and the vegetation on which they impose their 'civilised' life style. Gradually the forces of nature seem to fight back and the weekend turns into a nightmare fight for survival. A fight against forces of unimaginable power....
