on Light Programme

View in Radio Times

Mrs. Marsham phoned Richard to tell him Jean Tremayne had died. Sally and Richard went to Southampton and said goodbye to Annette before she went off to live with her relations. Briggs and Marchbanks having left, Mrs. Mount-ford wanted to live in the nursing home, but no room was available. In desperation Mrs. Dale offered to put her up until she could find someone to live with her. Mrs. Gudgeon volunteered to do so on an au pair' basis.
