Britain's £460 billion personal finance business has traditionally rested in the hands of well-known life companies, but mis-selling scandals have left the reputations of many big names in tatters. Now they are under fresh attack as Richard Branson and others start selling financial products direct to the customer.
David Frank investigates whether direct selling will now become the norm. Plus, in a report postponed from 12 February, Tom Maddocks looks at the increase in the counterfeiting of banknotes and what the financial authorities are doing to fight the forgers.
Presented by Francine Stock.
