Professor Mallory is now convinced that ' Mystine,' the new narcotic drug which also acts as a growth promoter, is a scientific discovery of international importance. The suspected foreign agent, Dr. Zeist, claims that Lee Cantrill agreed to sell him the Mystine research data, but Milo de Rivas insists that Cantrill stole the information from his uncle, Manuel de Rivas-the real discoverer.
