at the organ of the Picture House,
Glasgow
Although Frank Olsen , one of Glasgow's favourite cinema organists, was only four years old at the outbreak of the last war, he had already begun music lessons. A year later he was organist at Holy Trinity Church, Grimsby, a post that he held for five years before being transferred at the venerable age of ten to another church. At the age of eighteen he began playing the cinema organ at a picture house in Peterborough. Since then he has been stationed in the North of England and Scotland.
