First Sight: Ford Fiasco

on BBC Two England

An investigation into allegations of racism and bullying at the giant Ford plant in Dagenham. The car company has already been forced to issue an apology to one Asian worker, who suffered for years at the hands of racist colleagues. While managers insist that antisocial behaviour is not tolerated on the shop floor, workers tell a different story of life on the firm's production line.
