Leeds International Piano Competition

on BBC Two England

The final of this prestigious competition will be screened live from Leeds Town Hall over two nights. Of the 88 original entrants from 24 countries just six remain. Tonight and tomorrow each will play a concerto with the City of Birmingham Symphony
Orchestra conducted by Simon Rattle. As always all the results will be decided by an international jury, but this year for the first time viewers will be able to register their own choice.
