' March 14 1924. Resolved: that Goodshaw Glee Union be disbanded, and that a new choir be formed, to be named the Rossendale Male Voice Choir.' This famous North-Country choir, with many trophies to its credit, is still going strong, and so is its founder and conductor. Fred Tomlinson. MBE. Freeman of the Borough of Rawtenstall in the County of Lancashire. They celebrate their golden jubilee with reminiscences and some favourite items from their wide repertoire.
