A film comedy with James Stewart, Burgess Meredith, Dorothy Lamour, Henry Fonda, Paulette Goddard, Fred Mac-Murray.

A light-hearted comedy about a humble member of the staff of a big daily newspaper, who tricks his editor into giving him the job of roving reporter for a day. In three fast-moving stories the film describes what happens when he puts the question 'How has a child affected your life?' The answers are not what he expects.
