On 11 June this year the whole world tuned in to Wembley Stadium to see and hear the world's top performers celebrate the 70th birthday of the imprisoned South African anti-apartheid leader, Nelson Mandela. The 74,000 people in the stadium were joined by millions around the world who watched artists such as Sting, George Michael and the Eurythmics.
