It's the second semi-final and the contenders, who come from the Home Counties, the Midlands and the South East are challenged to create a winning way with a whole fish for the main course and a custard-based pudding for dessert. This week it's the turn of Annabelle Job, head chef of the White House restaurant in south London, to help host Gary Rhodes with the judging.
