"By all means call your concoction a pasty if you like, but please, please not a Cornish one." This week chef Gary Rhodes travels to Cornwall to answer his critic, Mrs Rosemary Pellow. He also meets a New Age traveller who teaches him how to milk a goat and taking inspiration from local artist John Miller and the Tate Gallery in St Ives, Gary creates grilled mackerel with stewed tomatoes, pesto and onions, followed by chocolate flan.
