"Big" Kevin Belton, head chef at the New Orleans School of Cookery, and Can Cook Won't Cook favourite "Little" Kevin Woodford join forces to taste the best cuisine to be found on both sides of the Atlantic.
The odd couple visit Mexico on the trail of one of the world's most popular spices - the chilli -before heading for Yorkshire, where Woodford surprises his American colleague when he shows him some coriander fields and a chilli farm. Culinary offerings include green chilli verde served in a pumpkin, and pork meatballs with couscous.
