on BBC Television

View in Radio Times

On September 18, H.M.S. Vidal took possession of the remote and storm-swept Atlantic island of Rockall in the name of Her Majesty the Queen.
James Fisher was one of the party of four that made the landing by helicopter. In this programme he talks about the annexation and also discusses the scientific results of the expedition from the point of view of a naturalist.
