Czech Conductor-Composer
After ten years' absence, Rafael Kubelik returns this month to Covent Garden (he was once its Musical Director) to conduct the revival of Janacek's opera Jenufa. This film includes Marie Collier, who is making her debut in the title role, and Kubelik is seen as composer conducting a new work with the English Chamber Orchestra.

Austrian Pianist
Rudolf Buchbinder, the twenty-one-year-old virtuoso who represented his country at Expo '67, is now touring this country as a member of the young Vienna Trio. In this report he appears with them and as soloist.
