Chuck and P.T. are on the trail of a wealthy man who has set off in his cabin cruiser and vanished. At last they find the boat, abandoned in a secret cove. On return to their home base they are met by an insurance detective, who has his own theory about the mystery. All three set off for the cove, but on landing they are greeted with rifle fire.
