In Search of the Real Che Guevara

on BBC Two England

A factual biography of the revolutionary and his context. -
Ten years ago this week the body of Che Guevara was put on public display in a remote village in south-east Bolivia. The end of Guevara's life was the beginning of his legend. The facts of Che's life do include romance, ideals, violence, victory, power, mystery, defeat and an early death for a cause, but they add up to a sombre parable of our times.
