His new film Saint Jack, from a novel by Paul Theroux, is an engaging tale of the good, the bad and the beautiful in the red light district of Singapore. Talking Pictures visits Saint Jack on location, and talks to the director and stars Ben Gazzara and Denholm Elliott.
