Hypotheticals: Making Advances

on BBC Two England

The series which brings together influential professionals to answer hypothetical questions returns with three programmes - running over consecutive nights - focusing on the ethics of hiring and firing.

Tonight presenter Clive Anderson draws on his barrister's training to conduct a discussion about recruitment and promotion practices in small businesses. He is joined by company executives, lawyers, trade unionists and officials from the Commissions for Racial Equality and Equal Opportunities to examine employee complaints of racism, sexual harassment and attempted rape in one fictional firm.
