The Mystery of the Red Sea Wreck Reporter Jack Pizzey
A rusting wreck is discovered under a coral reef, 100 feet beneath the Red Sea. It's said that it had been carrying gold for Lawrence of Arabia in 1918. Divers around the world hear the story and reach for their aqualungs. There isn't much time-with the peace treaty between Egypt and Israel, this area of the Sinai off Sharem El Sheik will soon be under Egyptian control. And there isn't much co-operation - Israeli divers want to be first into the wreck, but so do the Germans. And there isn't much help from the wreck-each clue she yields only makes her more mysterious. What is her name? Where was she bound? What is inside her? JACK PIZZEY joins the rival divers in a quest which is sometimes dangerous and sometimes comic, which leads beneath the waves and across the desert sands, to crack The Mystery of the Red Sea Wreck.
