Apollo 16: Lift Off

James Burke reports direct from Cape Kennedy with astronaut James Lovell; including a preview of the launch with the Apollo 16 crew - Capt John Young, USN, Commander; Lt-Cdr Thomas Mattingly, USN, Command Module Pilot; Col Charles Duke, USAF, Lunar Module Pilot.

Throughout this mission James Burke will be in the Space Centers at Cape Kennedy and Houston and will be reporting 'live' with the astronauts who have flown on previous missions and the scientists directing this one.
Patrick Moore will be on hand in London together with Geoffrey Pardoe and Wing-Commander Tony Nicholson.
