A New Menu. Top chef Gordon Ramsay 's latest conquest is the Connaught Hotel in London's Mayfair, haunt of aristocrats, millionaires and statesmen. When it reopens Ramsay, a notorious taskmaster, will have put up the cash, but Angela Hartnett will be running the kitchen. This film witnesses the chemistry between the two.
