In this personal film, she challenges the assumptions behind the new trend for so-called "open adoption", which encourages continuing contact between adoptive families and birth families. She puts the case that the silent majority of adopted people like herself who don't wish to search for their birth parents are regarded as "deviant" and not consulted.
