Drama, continuing the Premiere season of French films, starring Maria de Medeiros, Thierry Fortineau

After being made redundant, Aimee decides that marriage would be a more reliable source of creature comforts than a job, so she sets out to find a wealthy husband. An attractive but penniless bookseller fails to meet her financial criteria, but she is tempted by a famous restaurant critic who takes his profession very seriously indeed.
