After 20 years touring the world with a series of famous bands, sound engineer Steve Hawkins decided he needed a break and moved to Lincoln. Steve has now identified the local amateur dramatics society as a place to look for the pop stars of the future, and hopes to take a fledgling local band to the top. Episode four of the documentary series following staff at Lincoln's Theatre Royal follows on BBC4 at 8.30pm.
