Cary Grant in "In Name Only" concludes a celebration for his forthcoming 80th birthday with Carole Lombard, Kay Francis.

In this comedy-drama, Cary Grant finds himself in the arms of Kay Francis, who marries him for his money. But he soon wants to end this marriage of convenience when he meets a beautiful widow-played by the delightful Carole Lombard. Complications soon abound....
