On his way to serve a long prison sentence for a crime he is adamant he did not commit. Matt Kirk , with the help of his brother and two friends, makes a daring escape. When the fishing boat carrying them to freedom is forced to land on the small, fortified island of Pinchgut in Sydney Harbour, Kirk sees a chance to turn the situation to his own advantage. His demands for justice threaten to put the whole of Sydney in jeopardy ...
