Sir Frederick Ashton , who died aged 83 on 18 August this year, was one of the world's greatest choreographers and as a tribute to him this is another showing of his last completed television programme. First shown in April, it shows Sir Frederick rehearsing Antoinette Sibley and Anthony Dowell in the famous pas de deux from The Dream, based on Shakespeare's play, A
Midsummer Night's Dream. Also involved are two younger stars - Karen Paisey and Phillip Broomhead showing that the works that Ashton created for the Royal Ballet will live on into the succeeding generations. Pianist Philip Gammon Producer BOB LOCKYER
