A new 13-part series with chef Gary Rhodes taking over control of the celebrated red, yellow and blue kitchens where 27 contestants will vie for this year's much sought after title.

In this opening regional final, the first three amateur chefs must cook a lamb-based main course and a pudding featuring shortcrust pastry. Top chef Gordon Ramsay is the guest judge.
