It's the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal and Michael Andretti is hoping for success after crashing out in his first four races in a car that just isn't fast enough. "We are not doing the job we need to provide him with a car and engine, and he's not doing the job he needs to do as a driver," says team boss Ron Dennis.
This is the second in the documentary series charting the 1992 season with the McLaren Formula tracing team. While Nigel Mansell had made a triumphant switch from Grand Prix to IndyCar racing, Andretti's attempts to go the other way into the stress-filled world of Formula 1 are proving a disaster.
Perhaps a race on the North American continent will turn the tide, but precious practice time Is lost as his car gives trouble, culminating in a terrible start. At least It wasn't Andretti's fault.
A John Gau production for BBC TV.
