A series of film reports by Trevor Philpott
The Alpine ski-resorts were for many years the preserves of the rich - their winter pleasure grounds, expensive, exclusive. Many still are. But flooding in these days, in their tens of thousands, are the package tourists, with a different-sized pocket-book and different ideas of fun.
'The Snow Business' compares the joys to be bought at St Moritz for £50 a day with those that can be had in the new mushrooming snow-centres for £40 a week. Pay your money and take your choice.
